Harry Douglas, Antone Smith among Falcons cleared for action

Falcons wideout Harry Douglas (foot) and running back Antone Smith (neck) are active for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay after being listed as questionable. Also suiting up are defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux, who was probable with a foot injury, and defensive end Jonathan Massaquoi, who was questionable with a foot problem.
