The Jets have ruled the following players inactive for Sunday's divisional clash against the Patriots in Week 16: T.J. Barnes, Dakota Dozier, Jaiquawn Jarrett, Wesley Johnson, Rontez Miles, Walt Powell and Matt Simms.
