Chiefs receiver Kyle Williams, who tore the ACL in his left knee for the second time last year, was a full participant Monday as the team began a three-day camp for rookies and selected veterans, reports ESPN.com. Williams will vie to replace Dexter McCluster at slot receiver.

"The knee feels good," Williams told the website. "It feels stable. It feels like a solid knee. I feel like myself out there. I felt like last year when I came in I could help. I feel the same way this year."

Williams made 47 catches in four seasons with the 49ers.
