Although Rob Gronkowski would probably make a horrible undercover agent with the CIA, it turns that he actually makes a pretty good undercover Lyft driver. We know that because the ride-sharing app recently sent Gronk undercover to pick up some unsuspecting riders.
So what do you give Gronk to make sure no one recognizes him?
Well, if you're Lyft, you put him in a blond mullet, give him a green hat, and send him on his way.
During his undercover experience, Gronk picks up a total of five riders and has some interesting conversations.
First, Gronk let's a rider know that he loves "researching about space." Of course, since this is Gronk, that leads to a very interesting conversation about astrophysics.
After that, Gronk tells another rider that he's a huge Patriots fan and that the only guy he wants to meet is Tom Brady. Gronk's female rider is baffled by this.
"But he's married. He's like off-limits, you know," the lady tells Gronk.
"I mean, I'm not trying to get with him. I'm just trying to meet him," Gronk replies.
The Patriots tight end also reveals that he has "four posters" of Brady, and that he's pretty sure Brady puts on lotion "all the time."
"I swear, he probably puts this lotion on all the time after he showers," Gronk says as he misses a turn with his GPS.
"You can't stop thinking about him putting lotion on his body," the rider says when Gronk misses the turn.
"I've always had a man-crush on him," Gronk says.
