It was wildcat day at Jets camp on Monday and the secrecy became the story. With practice open only to media, the team went to great pains to make sure no specifics were reported.

One of the reasons the team originally traded for QB Tim Tebow was because of his experience in the wildcat, so along with his overall size, he becomes useful in a variety of situations.

Following practice and speaking on the record with the media, both QB Mark Sanchez and Tebow were extremely tight-lipped and clearly amused, as questions were volleyed at them trying to get any small bit of information. The following is a selection of their answers:

Sanchez: "I think it's a great scheme, Coach Sparano is going to put us in the best spots."

Tebow: "Coach Sparano, he's extremely creative, extremely passionate. It's not going to be the same ole, same ole."

Sanchez: "I was happy with practice."

Tebow: "We did some things that were pretty smooth."

Sanchez: "So fun."

Tebow: "What gets me excited is when you see us go out there and execute."

Sanchez: "[The wildcat] could be a weapon if you run it the right way. We can be explosive with it."

Tebow: "I felt today was probably our strongest day [of practice]."

When a reporter jokingly suggested the media go to QB Greg McElroy to get information, Sanchez laughed and said, "We've got a couple of clips on him attached to a car battery."

So, will they run it? Probably. When will they run it? Who knows. What will it look like? We can't tell you.
