On Tuesday, after taking one snap with the offense during Monday's practice, CB Antonio Cromartie called himself the "second-best receiver on the team" in an interview with ESPN.

On Wednesday, coach Rex Ryan looked visibly annoyed and would not address Cromartie's comments. He said only that it would be handled internally, but he did not want it played out in the media.

Too late. WR Chaz Schilens on Wednesday said he took offense at Cromartie's remarks. Schilens is one of the receivers who is battling a hamstring problem.
