The Saints listed their inactives for Thursday's preseason opener against the Rams in St. Louis. Drew Brees, Pierre Thomas, Andy Tanner, Champ Bailey, Jarius Byrd, Terrence Frederick, Erik Lorig, Ben Grubbs, Jahri Evans, Ty Nsekhe, Kenny Stills, Je'Ron Hamm and Victor Butler all did not dress for the game.
