Three Saints rookies declared to have non-football injuries

The Saints have formally declared that outside linebacker Davis Tull, running back Marcus Murphy and offensive lineman Antonio Johnson have non-football injuries as the team gears up for training camp. All three rookies, however, remain on the active roster.

Tull missed all of the OTAs and minicamp following labrum surgery in March. Players with pre-draft injuries are eligible to be placed on the non-football injury list. But it remains unclear what physical problems befell Murphy and Johnson, per the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
