During Tom Brady's upcoming suspension, he'll be in isolation.

No film sessions with Bill Belichick and Josh McDaniels. No throwing sessions with Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski. No cooking sessions at the Patriots' facility using recipes from his $200 cookbook.

So, what will Brady do during his four-game ban? Reporters asked him exactly that on Tuesday (via the Patriots' website):

Q: How will you stay sharp during your four-game suspension?

TB: We'll see.

Q: Do you plan on staying local?

TB: We'll see.

Q: Do you plan on revealing your plans at all?

TB: No, I don't. In case someone else is in this situation in the future, I don't want to give away all my tips.

Q: Have you thought about what your emotions will be like having to just sit out and watch?

TB: Well, I'm pretty positive. I'm going to use these days the best way that I possibly can. I'm going to try to get ready and do everything that I possibly can so I can be at my best when I have the opportunity to play in October. I've tried to just find different ways to be positive, but it is what it is at this point, so we'll do the best we can do.

Q: The league confirmed you will have access to Alex Guerrero during the suspension; how important will it be for you to be able to work out with him?

TB: Well, that was nice of them.

Guerrero is Brady's "body guru/business partner," as CSN New England put it. He also works with the Patriots, according to CSNNE, which is why his availability to Brady was called into question, because Brady can't do anything with the team during his suspension.

As Mark Daniels of the Providence Journal reported, the NFL will require Brady to remain away from the Patriots' facility. That includes Gillette Stadium, the locker room and meeting rooms. He can't show up for practice and he can't communicate with coaches or teammates about football-related matters, which means he won't be able to study game film with them or go over specific game plans. He will truly be in isolation.

Since Brady won't be allowed to practice with his teammates, let's speculate how he'll stay sharp during his suspension. He'll want to study film, so maybe he'll purchase an NFL Game Pass subscription. He'll want to play catch, so maybe he'll hire the unsigned Wes Welker to do his best Edelman impression.

Or maybe he'll just work on the sequel to that $200 cookbook.
