Iowa State is your 2017 Big 12 Tournament champion after knocking off No. 2 seed West Virginia on Saturday, 80-74. The Cyclones avenged their regular season finale loss to the Mountaineers, and had to do it by digging themselves out of a double-digit first half deficit. As has been the case for Iowa State all season, it relied on its strong guard play and outside from Monte Morris and Matt Thomas to lead the way. The Cyclones shot 31.6 percent from the three-point line and hit 54.2 percent from the floor to down the Mountaineers.

The win for Iowa State is its third Big 12 title since 2014 after winning them back-to-back in 2014 and 2015 under Fred Hoiberg.
