After a 3-2 week last week, I'm now 8-4 straight up, 7-5 vs the spread.  The Upset of the Week has been moved to the Eye on CFB weekly upset blog post, appearing on Fridays.

There aren't many BCS impact games this week, but it's possible none this season will have more impact than Alabama at Texas A&M (+7.5).  We don't really know  much about these teams yet.  Alabama only played one game, and won it with defense and special teams.  The Tide only mustered 205 yards of total offense.  The Aggies' D has been giving up yards and points in big chunks, but have dealt with several suspended players on that side of the ball.  That won't be the case this Saturday.  Alabama has championship mettle and will find a way.  Bama wins, A&M covers.

Tennessee at Oregon (-28).  The Ducks have not missed a beat with a new coaching staff.  They keep frying scoreboards everywhere they go.  The Vols are off to a 2-0 start under new coach Butch Jones, but they don't have the horses to hang with Oregon.  Oregon wins and covers.

Ohio State at California (+16).  Cal hosts another Big Ten team after losing to Northwestern to open the season.  The Buckeyes may be without QB Braxton Miller, but that shouldn't matter.  If the Wildcats can win there by two touchdowns, Ohio State should be able to double that.  Buckeyes win and cover.
