Johnson (foot) is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Phillies, according to MLB.com's Joe Frisaro.
Johnson nearly played Tuesday for the first time since Saturday, but he was scratched after being in the initial lineup, and remains sidelined Wednesday. Don Kelly will get the start at first base for the Marlins.
