Light tossed a shutout inning while striking out two for Triple-A Pawtucket on Thursday.

That's nine consecutive scoreless appearances for Light, who has struck out 10 and walked three in 10 innings during the run. The more we see Koji Uehara and Junichi Tazawa struggle for Boston, the more we believe Light will be summoned to help shore up the bridge to closer Craig Kimbrel.
