Rockies' Tony Wolters: Placed on 7-day concussion DL

Wolters (head) was placed on the 7-day concussion list Friday, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

Wolters went into the concussion protocol Thursday night after he left the Rockies game against the Reds with an apparent head injury. He'll be out for at least a week while on the concussion list. The Rockies activated veteran catcher Nick Hundley (oblique) from the disabled list Friday to help reload their depth behind the plate.
