Hahn (shoulder) exited Wednesday's rehab start after facing just one batter.
Hahn was only expected to pitch one inning for Triple-A Omaha on Wednesday, but he left the game with a trainer. The right-hander was believed to be very close to returning to the Royals, but it's now unclear when he'll be back with the major-league club.
