Bulls point guard Derrick Rose sprained his left ankle during Monday's game against the Pacers, Nick Friedell of ESPN Chicago reports.

Rose put together an efficient performance Monday, supplying 23 points (9-18 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), six assists, two rebounds, two steals and one block in 33 minutes before his departure.

While the severity of this injury is unknown, his status should be considered up in the air for the Bulls' next outing Wednesday in Phoenix. If he fails to take the court, Aaron Brooks or Kirk Hinrich would be in consideration to start at the point.
