Coach Fred Hoiberg said Monday that Dunleavy (back) has suffered a "setback" and will require at least two additional weeks of rest, Nick Friedell of ESPN Chicago reports.

After it was revealed Sunday that Dunleavy was dealing with discomfort in his back, a doctor's appointment was ordered up. In the aftermath, Hoiberg merely mentioned a setback Monday, but Dunleavy will visit specialists during the week to determine the extent of the concern. While his absence continues, the Bulls will continue to trust in Tony Snell and Doug McDermott at small forward.
