Following Sunday's loss to the Giants, Bills coach Rex Ryan declined to offer a long-term prognosis for running back LeSean McCoy (hamstring), suggesting that the running back's status is a "day to day, week to week" situation.
Previous reports have suggested that McCoy isn't inclined to play until he is 100 percent and could miss 3-4 weeks, though at this stage he has yet to be officially ruled out by the Bills for Week 5's game against the Titans.
Unless things look up for McCoy in short order though, we'd expect Karlos Williams to draw another start at running back for the Bills in this coming Sunday's road game.
