The Ravens have promoted Jacobs from their practice squad to the team's 53-man roster.
In corresponding moves, the Ravens waived fellow wideout Joe Morgan, while adding Chris Matthews to their practice squad. For now, Jacobs slots in as a depth wideout/return option for the team, which is now quarterbacked by Matt Schaub in the wake of Joe Flacco's season-ending injury.
