Lockette had neck surgery on Monday afternoon, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
After completion of the procedure, the Seahawks reported that Lockette's neurological signs were are all positive. While he's expected to remain in a Dallas hospital for a few more days, he could be "up and moving around" as soon as Tuesday. Nevertheless, the hit that forced him out of Sunday's win against the Cowboys is season-ending.
