Latta returned to the lineup and registered an assist and seven penalty minutes in Thursday's 4-1 over the Bruins.
In addition to his first point this season, Latta also recorded the Capitals' first fight of the campaign. A healthy scratch in the previous two games, the former third-round pick of the Predators from 2009 has had trouble staying in the lineup consistently, and although the performance should give him the chance to be a more permanent fixture in the lineup, his lack of quality minutes doesn't afford him much fantasy relevance at this point.
