Gordon's absence will hurt the Flyers on the penalty kill and in the faceoff circle, as he's currently leading the team with a 52.4 percent win rate on draws. Nick Cousins had been beneath him on the depth chart and presumably will be the one to fill in for the ailing Gordon.
