The Baltimore Orioles still have not decided who to remove from the rotation after the trade for starting pitcher Joe Saunders, according to MLB.com's Brittany Ghiroli.

Saunders is in line to start Wednesday or Thursday, with Zach Britton likely to pitch on the other day. With Wei-Yin Chen and Chris Tillman locked into two spots, the Orioles will likely have to decide between Steve Johnson and Miguel Gonzalez for the final spot.

Neither could be in the rotation for along, as injured starter Jason Hammel threw about 60 pitches in a simulated game today and could make a rehab start on Saturday. If all goes well, Hammel could return to the rotation in the first week of September.

The Orioles are competing for one of two Wild Card spots in the American League with three other teams. The Orioles, Rays, A's and Tigers started play Monday within a game of each other. Keep up with all playoff races on CBSSports.com.
