In Madden there's a trait called "awareness." It basically means understanding your surroundings. (This is a thing in real life, too, but I'm a nerd.)
Mike Pouncey apparently has no awareness because he was making jokes about rookie hazing during the 2014 NFL Draft despite the Dolphins just recently wrapping up their whole rookie hazing scandal thing.

In a total vacuum this would be a pretty funny joke. Maybe. I think.
Given all that went down with Richie Incognito, Jonathan Martin and the Fins as a whole -- and given that the Dolphins just drafted another young offensive lineman! -- it's just poor form.
