Jets linebacker Jermaine Cunningham pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges he shared explicit photos of a female friend, reports the Associated Press. Cunningham also pleaded not guilty to charges of criminal mischief and unlawful weapons transport.

The charges stem from a Dec. 29 incident at his apartment in Summit, N.J. According to prosecutors, it's a domestic violence case in which Cunningham is accused of spreading sexual images and destroying another person's clothes. Authorities also say they found a loaded handgun in Cunningham's Audi.

Cunningham was released without bail and scheduled to appear in court again March 5.

Cunningham’s lawyer told Judge Joan Robinson Gross that a temporary restraining order has been issued against his client and an application for a permanent order is pending in family court, according to The Star-Ledger, which had no further details about the restraining order.
