Yes, that's a set of Matryoshka dolls featuring Derek Carr, Marcel Reese, Charles Woodson, James Jones and Sio Moore. I'm as surprised as you are.
But this discovery sent me down a Google rabbit hole for other NFL-themed nesting doll sets. There are apparently a great many of these, which is incredible. Let's take a look at a few of the best ones.
Yes, that's Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, Dexter Coakley, Greg Ellis... and CLINT STOERNER! How did they choose that group of players for the Cowboys nesting dolls? Clint Stoerner! Unblievable.
That Bucs quarterback isn't Jameis Winston, but Josh Freeman. Along with him we have LeGarrette Blount, Kellen Winslow, Preston Parker and Arrelious Benn. Pretty solid group.
Finally we have the Titans. Though the quarterback here is wearing No. 8, it's not Marcus Mariota. No, it's Matt Hasselbeck. Next to him are is Chris Johnson, Nate Washington, Kenny Britt and Barrett Ruud. Also an excellent group.
There are more of these sets all over the Internet. This is truly an incredibly world we live in.
