Victory didn't come easy for the Texans on Sunday. Neither victory nor defeat was cheap either, at least for defensive backs Bernard Pollard and Kareem Jackson, both of whom were fined $42,000 by the NFL this week.

Pollard, the Titans safety, was fined for a hitting Andre Johnson, who the league determined was defenseless, in the head or neck area. He disagreed pretty vehemently with the decision.

Johnson got nailed late in regulation of the Texans victory and left the game with a concussion.

Jackson was fined $42,000 for a hit on Kendall Wright, according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle.

And per McClain, Jackson, who was flagged on the play in question, will appeal. That flag set up a Titans touchdown after moving them to Houston's 10-yard line.
