Titans quarterback Jake Locker was forced to leave Sunday’ s loss to the Jets with an injured shoulder.
Locker was injured late in the second quarter and went straight to the locker room while favoring his shoulder. Before the injury, Locker completed six of 11 passes for 57 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions.
After the game, Titans coach Ken Whisenhunt told reporters Locker could have returned, but he would have been limited.
"He could have come back in, but he probably would have only been able to hand off," Whisenhunt said.
The Titans will play at Jacksonville Thursday.
