Perron (upper body) was classified as day-to-day after missing Monday's practice session, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
Perron -- who was unavailable versus Columbus on Saturday -- racked up six points in his prior five contests before getting hurt, including a trio of power-play helpers. If the veteran winger can't play versus the Lightning on Tuesday, Logan Brown could make his season debut in his stead.
