Diamondbacks' Matt Reynolds: Optioned to minors

Reynolds was optioned to Triple-A Reno on Sunday.

The lefty reliever was limited to just four appearances in spring training while battling a rib issue, which prevented him from making a more serious challenge for a bullpen role with the big club. He may need to prove he's fully healthy and effective at Triple-A before getting another shot with the Diamondbacks.
