Brown signed a minor-league contract with the Giants on Sunday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Brown has struck a new deal with the Giants after being released Saturday. He'll report back to Triple-A Sacramento and serve as organizational catching depth.
