Wilson cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday, Jon Meoli of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Wilson passed through waivers untouched after being dropped from the 40-man roster Friday, so he'll report to Norfolk and continue serving as organizational pitching depth. He compiled a 7.04 ERA in 15.1 major-league innings this season.
