Yankees' Rob Refsnyder: Out of lineup against Thursday

Refsnyder is not in Thursday's lineup against the Twins, Jared Diamond of the Wall Street Journal reports.

Refsnyder will be on the bench again for the second time in as many days as Ike Davis is manning the first base duties for Thursday's contest. With injuries piling up for the Yankees at first base, Refsnyder has collected valuable time there in the past couple weeks, going 8-for-32 with four RBI in the month of June. Although the addition of Ike Davis will mean less playing time for Refsnyder, he will still get opportunities at the position until Chris Parmelee (hamstring) comes off the DL in mid-July.
