The Cardinals will promote Nugent from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Nugent will step in as Arizona's kicker in place of Zane Gonzalez (back), who is set to miss a second straight game. In last week's win over the Giants, Nugent converted all four of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries.
