The Texans needed speed and Will Fuller from Notre Dame had it. That's pretty much why Houston traded up one spot in the draft to lock up Fuller at 21st overall.

Coming off of back-to-back seasons with 14-plus touchdowns, Fuller caught 138 passes for 2,352 yards in 2014 and 2015 for the Fighting Irish. That doesn't sound like a guy who has problems catching the ball, which was the big knock on him coming out of school. The second knock was modest size (6-foot, 186 pounds), but his speed is the quality that matters the most.

Fuller will take the top off of opposing defenses, forcing safeties to play back or else deal with the consequences of a guy with 4.3 speed burning them for a long score. It's a dynamic this Texans offense didn't have last year but sorely needed.

But so long as DeAndre Hopkins is on the field, Fuller's not going to see a ton of targets. Hopkins is the alpha dog in the Texans offense and he should still see tons of balls thrown his way. Fuller will have to fight for scraps with the rest of the Houston receivers, and that means tough sledding in Fantasy.

When the Texans have a favorable matchup, then Fuller could be considered a plug-and-play wideout for your lineup and a consideration in DFS, but he's someone owners should avoid in seasonal leagues.
