Brewers' Brett Anderson: Officially activated

Anderson (shoulder) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Wednesday's start against the Cardinals.

Anderson was on the injured list since Sept. 1 due to a left shoulder contusion, but he'll rejoin the Brewers' rotation Wednesday without a rehab assignment. The southpaw has made eight appearances since the All-Star break and has recorded a 3.96 ERA and 1.24 WHIP in 36.1 innings during that time.
