Brewers' Brett Anderson: Takes no-decision

Anderson allowed two runs on three hits and a walk while striking out two across five innings during Thursday's loss to the Cardinals. He did not factor into the decision.

Making his second start since his return from the injured list with a left shoulder contusion, Anderson did his duty to keep the Brewers in the game, but his offense failed to provide enough run support. It was a decent bounce-back performance for the 33-year-old, who finishes the regular season 4-9 with a 4.26 ERA and 1.36 WHIP across 23 outings. His postseason status remains unclear at this point.
