Michigan vs. Purdue Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game

Michigan will be playing the full four quarters on Saturday, but they're expected to have things wrapped up well before that. They will be playing at home against the Purdue Boilermakers at 7:30 p.m. ET at Michigan Stadium. Purdue is crawling into this contest hobbled by three consecutive losses, while Michigan will bounce in with eight consecutive wins.

Michigan stacked a eighth blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard last Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Michigan State 49-0 on the road. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Michigan had established a 42 point advantage.

J.J. McCarthy was his usual excellent self, throwing for 287 yards and four touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes. McCarthy has been a model of consistency, as he's now posted a passer rating of 170 or better in the last five games he's played. Mike Sainristil made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Meanwhile, the point spread may have favored Purdue last Saturday, but the final result did not. They received a tough blow as they fell 31-14 to Nebraska.

Michigan's victory was their seventh straight on the road (dating back to last season), which bumped their overall record up to 8-0. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.0 points per game. As for Purdue, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

As mentioned, Michigan is the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by 32 points. They might be worth a quick bet since they're sitting on a four game streak of covering the spread when expected to win.

Everything went Michigan's way against Purdue in their previous meeting back in December of 2022 as Michigan made off with a 43-22 victory. Does Michigan have another victory up their sleeve, or will Purdue turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
