FT: PSG 3-0 Milan

PSG are back on top of Group F after a convincing win over Milan coupled with Dortmund's unexpected success away at Newcastle. Mbappe, Kolo Muani and Lee did the damage but what a display from Zaire-Emery with two assists at just 17 years old. A special night for a special talent.

Haaland scores again!

Rodri sends the ball to Haaland, who completes his brace in the 86th minute and gives his side a 3-1 lead over Young Boys.

Three for Leipzig!

Baumgartner's header hits the post, but Olmo is there to ensure the ball finds the back of the net. Leipzig are now up 3-1 on Zvezda in the 84th minute.

PSG 3-0 Milan!

That settles it in Paris. Zaire-Emery with another assist as he bursts forward and plays the ball in which comes all the way to Lee who slams home for his first in Parisien colors.

One more for Porto!

Taremi and Evanilson combine yet again and the latter completes his hattrick in the 84th minute. If it wasn't certain before, a 4-1 lead will most certainly see Porto pick up the win over Antwerp.

De Paul sent off!

Atleti's De Paul picks up a second yellow card for a harsh tackle in the 82nd minute. It means his side are in for a nervy finish at Celtic Park, where the game is currently 2-2. He will miss Celtic's visit to the Wanda Metropolitano on Matchday 4, and all of this feels like it could have been avoided since his first yellow was for dissent.

Reyna comes on for Dortmund

Reyna comes on with roughly 10 minutes on the clock for Dortmund, making his first Champions League appearance of the season after recovering from injury. He's on to help Dortmund close out their 1-0 lead over Newcastle, which would be a dramatic result in the so-called Group of Death.

Zvezda on the board!

The Serbian side cuts Leipzig's lead in half in the 70th minute, courtesy of SStamenic's goal in the 70th minute. Game on in Germany...

A third for Porto!

Pepe's outstanding cross into the box finds Evanilson, who scores from close range to give Porto a 3-1 lead over Antwerp. Evanilson is proving to be quite the impact sub with two goals today after coming on at halftime.

City go ahead!

Manchester City are awarded a penalty and Haaland steps up to take it. He scores to restore his side's lead in the 67th minute, 15 minutes after Young Boys' equalizer.

A second for Leipzig!

Simons' stunning individual effort from distance gives Leipzig a 2-0 lead over Zvezda in the 59th minute.

Porto take the lead!

Porto are now up 2-1 over Antwerp in the 54th minute, courtesy of Eustaquio. Joao Mario outmaneuvers a few Antwerp defenders before playing a short pass to Eustaquio, whose powerful strike from inside the box gives his side the lead.

Atleti score!

It's 2-2 at Celtic Park, where Morata just scored another equalizer for Atleti. Llorente sends a perfectly placed cross into the box, and Morata is able to finish the chance with a header in the 53rd minute.

PSG 2-0 Milan!

Kolo Muani taps home to double PSG's lead despite Dembele's goal being ruled out minutes earlier. A tough task ahead of Milan now after a slow start to the second half. Zaire-Emery is pulling all of the strings so far.

Young Boys equalize!

Just four minutes after Manchester City scored, Young Boys have leveled things. The Swiss side make a run for it right after Haaland's shot is saved, and Elia finishes things off with a skillful chip over Ederson in the 52nd minute.

City take the lead!

Akanji scores to give Manchester City the lead, and now every game in session has a goal in it. It's the Swiss international's first goal of the season, scored in his home country against Young Boys in the 48th minute.

Porto level!

Seconds into the second half, Porto find their equalizer against Antwerp. Taremi takes advantage of an Antwerp mistake and nutmegs an opponent before sending the ball to Evanilson to his right, who finishes from close range.

Second half underway

One last set of 45 minutes across Europe to close out Matchday 3.

That's halftime

While we still wait for goals between Manchester City and Young Boys, all the other games have a goal at the halftime break. Here are your scores after the first 45 minutes.

  • Paris Saint-Germain 1, AC Milan 0
  • Young Boys 0, Manchester City 0
  • Antwerp 1, Porto 0
  • Rb Leipzig 1, Crvena zvezda 0
  • Celtic 2, Atletico Madrid 1
  • Newcastle 0, Dortmund 1

Dortmund on the board!

Dortmund have snapped their Champions League goalless run, taking the lead against Newcastle in the process. Schlotterbeck sends a nice ball towards Nmecha, who scores his first goal for the club from close range in the 45th minute.

Antwerp take the lead!

Antwerp pounce on a loose ball around the box and after a quick buildup, Yusuf scores from close range in the 37th minute to give his side the advantage over Porto.

A second for Celtic!

The action keeps coming at Celtic Park, where the hosts have taken the lead once again over Athleti. Maeda sends a ball from the left flank to the opposite side of the pitch, where Palma was waiting. From there, he was able to take a powerful strike from an angle that hit the post and popped into the back of the net in the 28th minute.

PSG 1-0 Milan!

We have liftoff in Paris! After a quite tame opening 30 minutes, Mbappe springs to life and rakes home a low shot past Maignan to put the French champions in front. Clinical finish from the French superstar who had not had too many looks at goal up until then. At the other end, though, do Milan even want to score a Champions League goal this season? Their Inter-esque defense from last year's final run is not going much for their hopes going forward.

Atleti level!

Atleti earn a penalty and though Hart makes a save on Griezmann's spotkick, the Frenchman is able to score on the rebound. Celtic and Atleti are now tied 1-1 after 25 minutes.

Leipzig take the lead!

Simons plays a smart pass to Raum, who scores from close range and gives Leipzig a 1-0 lead over Zvezda.

Celtic on the board!

The first goal of this final set of games comes courtesy of Celtic, who go up 1-0 over Porto just four minutes in. The goal features lovely link up play before Furuhashi finished things off with a shot from an angle.

The games are underway

All six games across Europe have kicked off, and hopefully an entertaining batch of matches awaits.

Hot reception

Getting underway in Paris with the home support unleashing a fiery welcome to the visiting Milan players. Impossible not to get fired up for big European nights in the Parisien atmosphere, but will the product on the field match what we have seen in the stands? That is often the question. We are about to find out!

That's a wrap in the early games

Shahktar and Lazio got on the scoresheet, but it was not enough to overcome the leads that Barcelona and Feyenoord had already established. Here are the final scores from the early matchups.

  • Barcelona 2, Shakhtar 1
  • Feyenoord 3, Lazio 1
