Medvedev (upper body) practiced in limited fashion Wednesday, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Wednesday's limited practice is an encouraging step in Medvedev's rehabilitation from an upper-body injury that has held the 33-year-old blueliner out of the Flyers' last five games. However, Medvedev will likely need to log a number of full practices before returning to game action, so his status for Thursday's matchup with Washington is iffy at best at this point in time.
