Bills sign Billy Cundiff with Dan Carpenter at less than 100 percent

Kicker Billy Cundiff has been signed by the Bills, according to WKBW in Buffalo.

The veteran kicker will likely be the backup to Dan Carpenter, who has been dealing with a minor knee issue. The Bills released kicker Jordan Gay to make room for Cundiff on the roster.
