EMMITSBURG, Md. (AP) Tim Kempton scored a career-high 31 points and tied his career best with 18 rebounds and Lehigh used a big second-half run to pull away from Mount St. Mary's 90-71 on Saturday for the Mountaineers' seventh straight loss.

Up by five at halftime, Lehigh scored 17 straight points and pulled away 66-44 on Matt Holba's dunk with 8:57 left. Kempton hit a 3 for a 21-point lead that was never threatened.

Kahron Ross scored 16 points and Austin Price added 13 for the Mountain Hawks (4-5), who outrebounded the Mountaineers 43-23 and held them to 41.3 percent shooting from the floor.

Lehigh led 14-2 on Kyle Leufroy's 3-pointer, but the Mountaineers used a 20-9 run to pull ahead 24-23 on Elijah Long's layup. Lehigh went without a field goal for more than five minutes but led 38-33 at halftime.

Miles Wilson scored 15 and Greg Alexander 14 for Mount St. Mary's (1-10).
