Meeks has been away from Raptors 905 for personal reasons and has been waived by the team, Blake Murphy of The FAN 590 reports.
Meeks was dealing with a back issue earlier in the month but has apparently been away from the team most recently for personal reasons. He will reportedly not rejoin the team this season.
