OREM, Utah (AP) Ian Baker scored 24 points and Eli Chuha had 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead New Mexico State past Utah Valley 74-69 on Saturday night, extending the nation's second longest winning streak to 18.

Baker had a 3-point play with 1:51 to play and Chuha's layup with 1:06 left put New Mexico on top 70-69. The Aggies scored the last nine points of the game as Utah Valley missed two free throws, two field goals and had two turnovers in its final five possessions.

After the break, Brandon Randolph made a layup to put Utah Valley up 42-33 before the Aggies began chipping away at the deficit.

Jemerrio Jones grabbed 13 rebounds for the Aggies (20-2, 7-0 Western Athletic), and between he and Chuha, equaled Utah Valley in total rebounds. New Mexico State finished with 44 boards.

Randolph led Utah Valley (10-11, 2-4) with 18 points, Isaac Neilson was 7-for-9 shooting and scored 14, Kenneth Ogbe had 12, and Ivory Young finished with 11.
