Neal (groin) was unable to practice Monday, J. Michael of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.
Neal sat out Saturday's game against the Raptors with a groin injury and could sit out yet again Tuesday in Cleveland. If he does sit, Ramon Sessions and Garrett Temple will seemingly be in store for added playing time.
