The Buccaneers restored Chesley (hamstring) to their practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Chesley was placed on the practice squad injured list back in late October due to a hamstring injury, but Tuesday's transaction implies the 27-year-old cornerback is ready to return to action and continue serving as an emergency depth option for Tampa Bay's secondary.
