Black was signed to the Jets' practice squad Tuesday, Ethan Greenberg of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver was cut from the Colts' practice squad Nov. 23, but he has found a new squad in New York. With Corey Davis (groin) done for the season, Black will provide additional depth at the position for the Jets. He has yet to make his professional debut after going undrafted in the 2021 NFL draft and will likely remain on the practice squad barring any injuries.
