Murray (hand) seems unlikely to be back in the lineup when the playoffs begin, Tom Reed of The Columbus Dispatch reports.
A quick return would have been timely, given that Zach Werenski (shoulder) is also now sidelined, but Murray hasn't made enough progress from surgery to repair a broken hand. Columbus may have to survive a likely clash with the Penguins and advance to the second round to see either defenseman back on the ice.
