Toronto FC midfielder Michael Bradley is a target for Italian giants AC Milan as well as fellow Serie A club Bologna, according to SI's Grant Wahl.

The midfielder, currently in Cuba with the national team ahead of Friday's friendly, used to play for Roma and Chievo Verona of Serie A. Wahl says Bologna wants to bring in Bradley for an offseason loan in January, while Milan is aiming to buy Bradley from Toronto.

Wahl also said that Swansea may target some American players after hiring Bob Bradley as coach earlier this week.

The 29-year-old midfielder has guided Toronto to a playoff spot this year alongside Sebastian Giovinco and Jozy Altidore. His current transfer value is estimated at about three million.
