Frank Beamer's final ride has been highlighted by tributes from Virginia Tech fans and opponents alike, as the entire college football community congratulates the Hokies head coach here in his final weeks on the job.
Florida State is traveling across state lines, in a way, to salute Beamer with a quarter-page page ad slated to run in the Sunday edition of the Roanoke Times.
